ACACIA
The home reflects a balance between modernity and integration with the natural environment. Its facade combines clean lines and volumes that alternate between white paint, wood cladding, and natural stone, creating an aesthetic that merges sophistication, coziness, and lightness. On the ground floor, large glass panels not only favor the entry of natural light but also connect the interiors to the exterior, providing continuous views of the gardens. On the upper floor, the planters with vegetation on the balcony of the private area play an essential role in promoting the well-being of the users. In addition to bringing freshness and a touch of nature to the private spaces, these planters act as an extension of the landscaping, allowing the greenery to flow into the interiors. In the outdoor area, the pool and wooden deck extend the living spaces, establishing a harmonious transition between the interior of the house and the outdoor environment. The use of pergolas and covered terraces not only provides shade but also creates comfortable and inviting resting areas. Symmetry and spatial organization are balanced in the design by natural textures that create a welcoming atmosphere, while the house remains true to the principle of contemporary functionality. This harmony between materials and forms reflects an approach of timelessness, suitable for both family comfort and social gatherings.
